Our expertise in the insurance industry
We have been working in partnership with the insurance sector for the last 12 years, from the most sensitive, complex automated services to online customer services and many additional services in the insurance ecosystem.
We were responsible in 2023 for implementing and facilitating a series of collaborative workshops around the redesign of a health insurance offering for non-salaried workers and retirees, involving policyholders and our client’s agency managers, marketing teams, UX teams and IT teams. We designed and produced an interactive prototype of a new online underwriting interface, combined with tools for agency sales forces to maximize the transformation of new contracts. All sprinkled with AI, capable of pushing solutions and answers to sales forces in real time, in person or remotely (via semi-automatic chatbots).
